When booking appointments please allow the surveyor a minimum of 2 to 3 hours for a RICS Level Two Report and 3 to 5 hours for a RICS Level Three Building Survey (formerly known as a Structural Survey). All prices quoted by us following an appraisal of the property are fully inclusive and is the price you pay…no hidden extras guaranteed!!!

These prices are indicative and are subject to an appraisal of the property for the level of survey requested.
